Lovely little pub. Being new to the area last year I felt a bit anxious about going to a new pub, but the staff are all lovely and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The quiz on Wednesdays is a great laugh and raises money for a good cause. Big love to scrunchie.

Went in for an evening meal this weekend and the food was incredible. Lots of local produce and choice. The sausage and mash yourshire was delicious. The staff were helpful.and courteous and the atmosphere was relaxed. Will definitely return.

If you like a decent pint at a good price in a cozy welcoming pub this is a shining example...I recently organised my mother's 60th suprise birthday party here an I was shocked by the incredible staff that was so helpful in helping me an being brilliant hosts ...an giving my mum a birthday she will never forget. I would highly recommend here to anyone that needs a good room or a proper pint
